Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by the festivals opening at 5 p.m. Thursday. Vendors will be notified of set up days and times. We ask that vendors do not start tearing down prior to the festivals closing at 10 p.m. Saturday. Any vendor, who does not comply, will not be allowed to participate in future fairs and festivals. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, extension cords, and other displays. All money and taxes are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
